Literatur destilasi dan kromatografi

Distillation is separin this experiment we used simple distillation with used condensor. This process star from heated until boiled. When tea boiled in distillation guard happen evaporation and then condens becaome pure solution. In this experiment used condensor as refrigerator, in condensor we must use cold water fo process pengembangan uap sehingga akan terbentuk cairan /destilat. Where water into condensor pass by under condensor, water will fall down go to guard Erlenmeyer is used for distillate.

                Before done distillation, tea have color brown but after done distillation color tea become pure solution, because tea have pass process are heated -> boiled -> condense become pure water.. where the boiling point of distillate is 150* C. althought beyond the normal boiling point water, because in this experiment used boiling stone.

3. conclusion

Distillation is one of separation technique based on different component of the liquid boiling point, wich through the process of boiling, evaporation and condensation.

Chromatography

                Crho matography is one of used for separation and indentifikation mixture based on sample distribution between two phases are silent phases and movement phases. Solent phases can solid or liquid bound in surface (paper or adsorben). Even though movement phases can liquid called eluen or solvent.

                In this experiment we used paper chromatography where  paper chromatography is one of chromatography simple, cheap and easy to used. This chromatography pass by 3 process are dip, unfold and identification / stain show. In a paper chromatography we used four sample ink color, are red, blue, black and mixture . red and blue  ink produse the same color with original color. This prove both of them are primer color or basic color, although black in produse blue ink and mixture produce red, blue, and yellow ink.

                Other result obtained from these experiment is the distance / water distance (rf) where after spread distance water higher than distance stain. There are 3 factor influence Rf as follows solvent small change can make changing composition, and size from place for water (cask) if cask have big size so need long time for distanced , and paper because can make ion changed and onsortion.
